Please note that due to the difference between monitors, the actual color of the light may be slightly different from the picture. Also some Pre-Order available Lightboxes are 3D monitor pictures, the real led lightbox received may differ a little from the photo. Thank you for your understanding.
Most items are handmade by our artists if it is not a do-it-yourself product like Dioramas Cubes and Frames.
The creation time is about 15-20 days more or less.
Once the creation is finished by our designers, count a few days more for the product get out for delivery: we deliver worldwide and the shipping fees applies according to the destination country.

All Hirotsuka products are handmade by our artists except the gold banknotes.
Some products such as diorama frame, boxes require manual assembly to finalize the product. All the necessary information for the assembly is provided so that you can do it as easily as possible.
Also, some products like ledboxes, stickers or phone cases are are subject to a random monthly subscription that allows our customers to collect them easily for less than the original cost of purchase for some of them (29$ instead of $50 for example for led lightboxes) Phone cases subscription keep the same price so you will receive a random phone case every month for the actual price. It is same for 3d motion stickers.
Do not worry, the subscription can be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service by email or messenger but since it's handmade products, it won't be refunded if you not cancelled subscription before subscription order date. Thank you for your understanding.
